The management team

Bob Gobey (Managing Director)

A former Executive Director at Goldman Sachs International with over 14 years experience in financial technology.

• Managing the European team that developed, integrated and supported GS technologies used by their sophisticated hedge fund and broker/dealer clients;
• Managing the infrastructure for both the GS Equity and Economic research divisions;
• Providing detailed coverage to the GS Asset and Wealth management businesses.

A proud geek, Bob is married, has 4 young children, a Labrador called Arthur and for more punishment has a season ticket at Charlton Athletic!

Simon Taylor (Technical Architect)

Simon is a Technical Architect with over 10 years experience in the financial sector. Working predominantly with Microsoft technologies, Simon has gained extensive experience in all parts of the systems lifecycle from requirements to production support through the various roles he has held at Accenture, Barclays and the Woolwich Building Society.

Most recently Simon has been involved in a number of projects involving the use of UML and Object Oriented design techniques, as well as systems integration through the use of XML and Web Service technologies.

Simon is a Crystal Palace fan.

Rajan Sood (Support Manager)

Rajan has 10 years experience in the financial services sector. Including provision of high quality support at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Investment Research.

With this experience and drive, Rajan has been focusing on building and delivering Arbor's excellent support and deployment service.

Rajan plays field hockey for National Physical Laboratories Sports Club and has a season ticket at Chelsea FC.
